Amaal Of Laylat al-Mab’ath (27TH Night)
The 27th night of Rajab is the night on which Prophet Muhammad was given the mission of promulgating the religion. This highly blessed night is called Laylat al-Mab’ath, which stands for the beginning of the Holy Prophet’s Mission of promulgating the true religion of Almighty Allah. The recommended rites of this night are as follows:
You may then pray for your needs.
It is recommended to offer another prayer consisting of twelve rakat of which in each rakat, Surahs of al-Fātiḥah, al-Tawḥīd, al-Falaq, al-Nas, al-Qadr, and Ayah al-Kursi should be recited four times each. After completing the prayer, one should recite the following four times:
One may then pray for their legitimate desires.
Sayyid Ibn Tawus has narrated this prayer in this form from Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (عليه السلام) although Shaykh al-Tusi, in Misbah al-Mutahajjid, has mentioned that Dawud ibn Sarhan narrated that Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq(عليه السلام) said the following:
On the 15th night of Rajab, you may offer a twelve rakat prayer in each rakat of which you may recite Surah al-Fātiḥah and any other Surah. When you finish, you may recite Surah al-Fātiḥah, al-Falaq, al-Nas, al-Tawḥīd, and Ayah al-Kursi each four times. After that, you may recite the following 4 times:

You may then prostrate and recite the following 100 times:
When you raise your head (i.e. finish the prostration), you may recite the following:
Sayyid Ibn Tawus has mentioned that this supplication is recited on the Divine Mission Day (i.e. the 27th of Rajab).
Amaal Of Day of al-Mab’ath (27TH Day)
This day is one of the great feast days. On this day, the Holy Prophet (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم) was appointed for conveying the Divine Prophetic Mission when Archangel Gabriel first came to him with the Divine Revelation. Several rites are advisably practiced on this day. Some of them are as follows:

When you accomplish the prayer, you should recite Surahs al-Fātiḥah, al-Tawḥīd, al-Falaq, al-Nas, al-Kafirun, al-Qadr, and Ayah al-Kursi seven times. You should then repeat the following seven times:
You should then say the following 7 times:
After that, you may submit your needs.
It is worth mentioning that this supplication, which is one of the excellent supplications of Rajab, was recited by Imam Musa ibn Ja’far al-Kazim (عليه السلام) on the day when the ruling authorities took him to Baghdad. That day was the 27th of Rajab.
